- Look into free health publications that list aging solutions agencies:
- New Lifestyles
- Senior Guide
- Contact a minimum of 3 agencies for information about their services
- You should insist on the follwing information:
- Are employees contract or permanent?
- Are employees screened meticulously?
- Are employees bonded and insured?
- Does agency carry comprehensive liability insurance?
- Does Agency carry Workers' Compensation Insurance?
- Does an RN supervise and coordinate services?
- How many years has agency been in business?
- Can agency provide
continuity of care (same care givers...)?
